Center-Stage Sunset Views, Oceanfront Condo

You will enjoy our 1200 square foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, second-floor condo in a private 15 unit oceanfront complex. The first thing everyone is drawn to at this little piece of Heaven is the large 25 by 15 foot lanai with a breath-taking view and sounds of the ocean only steps away. Breakfast, lunch, late-afternoon appetizers / drinks, and almost mandatory evening dinners at sunset all happen here. Our Gallery page has many interesting views from the lanai.

Sliding doors open the living room and master bedroom for direct entry to the lanai and the spectacular ocean view. The lanai partially overhangs the pool so you have an unobstructed view of the reef, tides and beach. Cool ocean breezes bring the fresh air inside, and are further welcomed in by ceiling fans in each room.

We are located just 2 miles south of Kailua Kona on Alii Drive. The nearby area offers opportunties for exploring the ocean, shopping, and restaurants; and the whole island is a great place for touring botanical gardens, volcanoes and sandy beaches. Our Map page shows where many interesting offerings are located, in addition to Kona Nalu. There are major shopping venues for food supplies within 5 miles - including Safeway, Costco and Walmart. We also suggest you take in the abundant local produce available at a nearby farmers market in downtown Kona. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances, cookware and utensils. We also provide plush linens and towels (even beach towels) - so no need to lug those with you on the airplane. There is an elevator available for better handicapped accessibility. You won't forget being only steps away from the ocean and a sandy beach just outside a seawall gate. Just to the north and south are reef protected lagoons where sea turtles frequently are seen - so are surfers, kayakers, snorkelers and even dolphins and whales. It’s a great place to walk, soak up the sun, and explore.

In October, the famous Kona Ironman Triathlon is held. Our location allows you to see two occurences of the athletes running south then north on Alii Drive as they complete the final 26.2 mile running leg of the Triathlon.
