    • Cleaning Products, etc: We provide some supplies to get you started. Depending on how long you stay, you may have to restock some things. The bathroom will come with a new bar of soap, a unopened roll of toilet paper, and more toilet paper under the sink. There also is an iron and board, hair dryer, and laundry soap for the washing machine. In the kitchen, there will be liquid dish soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen trash bags, coffee maker filters, an unopened kitchen sponge, and paper towels. We also provide salt / pepper and a variety other spices.

    • Shared Pool: A large oceanfront swimming pool is shared by the 15 units in the condo complex, (see outdoor features below)

    • Lanai: 25 by 15 foot (360 sq.ft.), ocean and center-sunset view, the full length of the master bedroom and living room.

    • Beachfront: Small sandy beach past a the seawall gate to the north of the condo.
    • Oceanfront: The condo faces directly west to the ocean, so you can watch gorgeous sunsets from your lanai.

    • Smoking Not Allowed: The Condo Association prohibits smoking anywhere on the property.

    • Kahalu'u Beach, one of the most popular snorkeling sites on the island, is only 2 miles south. La'aloa Beach (commonly called White Sands, Magic Sands or Disappearing Sands Beach) and Pahoehoe Beach are even closer. Snorkeling, scuba, boogie boarding, swimming, surfing, reef exploring, fish and turtle watching are all available within a short distance. This is a water lover's paradise!
